Taking it with food may reduce stomach upset. Use the lowest effective amount for the shortest prescribed period. Do not take it with other painkillers such as ibuprofen, diclofenac, naproxen or aspirin unless advised by a doctor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCommon side effects\u003cbr\u003e\nStomach pain or discomfort, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache and dizziness.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePrecautions\u003cbr\u003e\nAvoid this medicine if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, severe kidney disease, or allergy to aspirin or other NSAIDs. Tell the doctor about heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, dehydration, bleeding disorders, or use of blood thinners. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe stomach pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, chest pain or markedly reduced urination.
