Swallow with water; taking it with food may help reduce stomach discomfort. Do not take more than prescribed or combine it with other painkillers such as ibuprofen, diclofenac or aspirin unless advised by a doctor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCommon side effects\u003cbr\u003e\nStomach pain or discomfort, indigestion, nausea, vomiting, headache, dizziness and diarrhoea.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePrecautions\u003cbr\u003e\nMay cause stomach ulcers or bleeding and can affect kidney function. Avoid it or seek medical advice if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney disease, heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to NSAIDs. Avoid during pregnancy unless specifically advised, especially from 20 weeks onward and during the third trimester.
