Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to NSAIDs. It may not be suitable during pregnancy, particularly after 20 weeks and in the last 3 months.
