What is it used for?
Used to relieve pain, swelling and inflammation in conditions such as muscle, joint and arthritis-related pain. It may also help reduce fever.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces the production of substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever through a complementary action.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water, preferably after food, to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or anti-inflammatory painkillers unless advised.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Avoid use if allergic to aceclofenac, paracetamol, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory painkillers. Tell the healthcare professional about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney, liver or heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or pregnancy, especially the last three months. Avoid excessive alcohol. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
