What is it used for?
Used for short-term relief of pain and inflammation, especially in muscle, joint and arthritis-related conditions.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever.

How to take/use it
Take only as prescribed. Swallow with water, preferably with or after food, to reduce stomach irritation. Do not take more than the recommended amount or use it with other medicines containing paracetamol or aceclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache.

Precautions
Avoid or seek medical advice before use if there is a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or asthma triggered by painkillers. Avoid excessive alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, unless prescribed. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin reactions, breathing difficulty, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
