What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling associated with muscle, joint and other painful inflammatory conditions. It may be prescribed for short-term pain relief when an anti-inflammatory medicine is needed.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, while serratiopeptidase may help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed by the doctor. It is generally taken with or after food to reduce stomach irritation and should be swallowed with water. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness and headache may occur.

Precautions
Inform the doctor about stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or an allergy to painkillers. Avoid alcohol. Use during pregnancy, especially the last 3 months, only on medical advice. Seek urgent help for breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe skin rash, black stools or vomiting blood.
