Description:
Alcoxib 120 Tablet contains Etoricoxib, a selective COX-2 inhibitor (NSAID) indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain and inflammation in musculoskeletal and joint disorders.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with renal, hepatic, or cardiovascular disorders.

Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs.

Not recommended during pregnancy (especially third trimester) and lactation unless prescribed.

Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or hepatotoxic drugs.

Long-term or high-dose use may increase the risk of cardiovascular events or gastrointestinal complications.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal discomfort, dizziness.

Occasional: Headache, mild edema, somnolence.

Rare: Gastrointestinal bleeding, hypersensitivity reactions, hepatotoxicity, or cardiovascular events.
