Description:
Alcoxib-MR Tablet is a combination of a selective COX-2 inhibitor and a muscle relaxant used for the treatment of pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm associated with musculoskeletal disorders.

This combination provides synergistic relief from pain, inflammation, and muscle spasm, improving patient mobility and comfort.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with renal, hepatic, or cardiovascular disorders.

Avoid in patients with peptic ulcer disease, GI bleeding, or hypersensitivity to etoricoxib or NSAIDs.

Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation unless prescribed.

Avoid concurrent use with other NSAIDs or hepatotoxic drugs.

May increase the risk of cardiovascular events in patients with existing heart disease.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal discomfort, dizziness.

Occasional: Headache, mild edema, somnolence.
