Composition

Aceclofenac 100 mg \+ Paracetamol 325 mg.

Uses

This combination is used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever associated with conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, and other painful inflammatory conditions.

- Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation.
- Paracetamol provides additional pain\- and fever-relieving effects.

How to Use

Take exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Do not take additional paracetamol-containing medicines without checking the total daily dose. Avoid combining aceclofenac with other NSAIDs such as diclofenac, ibuprofen, naproxen, or etoricoxib unless your doctor specifically advises it.

Precautions & Warnings

Tell your doctor if you have:

- Stomach ulcers or previous gastrointestinal bleeding
- Kidney or liver disease
- High blood pressure, heart disease, or heart failure
- Asthma or previous reactions to NSAIDs
- A bleeding or clotting disorder
- Regular or heavy alcohol consumption

Aceclofenac may cause stomach bleeding, kidney problems, increased blood pressure, and fluid retention. Excessive paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.

Possible Side Effects

Common side effects include indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache.

Seek urgent medical attention for black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe skin reactions, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or markedly reduced urine output.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Avoid this medicine during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed. NSAIDs should generally be avoided during later pregnancy. Consult your doctor before using it while breastfeeding.

Storage

Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.

Important Safety Information

Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration prescribed. Check labels of other pain, cold, or fever medicines for paracetamol to prevent accidental overdose. Avoid excessive alcohol consumption. If you miss a dose, take it when remembered unless it is nearly time for the next dose; do not take a double dose.
