Paracetamol IP 500 mg ,Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP 5 mg,Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride IP  25 mg,Caffeine Anhydrous IP 30 mg,Excipients q.s.

Description:
Alkem Cold Active Tablet is a multi-ingredient formulation that provides symptomatic relief from cold, nasal congestion, headache, and fever. It combines an analgesic-antipyretic, decongestant, antihistamine, and mild stimulant for comprehensive relief.

This combination provides effective relief from common cold symptoms, sinus congestion, and flu-related discomfort.

Warnings and Precautions:

For short-term use only and as directed by a physician.

Avoid alcohol consumption and concurrent use of other Paracetamol-containing products.

Contraindicated in patients with severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, hepatic impairment, glaucoma, or hypersensitivity to any component.

Use with caution in patients with hyperthyroidism, prostatic hypertrophy, or asthma.

May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery.

Do not use concurrently with MAO inhibitors or other sympathomimetics.

Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation unless prescribed.
