Alkem Cold + Suspension (Paracetamol 125 Mg + Phenylephrine Hcl 2.5 Mg + Cpm 1 Mg)

Composition:
Each 5 ml of suspension contains:

Paracetamol IP 125 mg,Phenylephrine Hydrochloride IP 2.5 mg,Chlorpheniramine Maleate IP 1 mg,Flavoured syrupy base  q.s.

Description:
Alkem Cold+ Suspension is a paediatric cold and fever relief formulation that provides effective symptomatic control of fever, nasal congestion, sneezing, and runny nose associated with common cold, allergic rhinitis, and upper respiratory infections.

The combination offers comprehensive relief from cold and flu symptoms in children.

Warnings and Precautions:

Shake well before use.

Administer with a calibrated measuring device.

Use only under medical supervision for children.

Contraindicated in children below 2 years of age, and in patients with severe hypertension, cardiac disease, hepatic impairment, or hypersensitivity to any component.

May cause drowsiness; avoid giving with other sedative or antihistamine medicines.

Avoid concurrent use with other Paracetamol-containing products or MAO inhibitors.

Use with caution in asthma, diabetes, or thyroid disorders.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Drowsiness, dry mouth, mild gastrointestinal upset.

Occasional: Restlessness, dizziness, nausea.

Rare: Allergic reactions, rash, elevated liver enzymes.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

Keep the bottle tightly closed after use.

Keep out of reach of children.
