Alkemflam Suspension (Ibuprofen 100 Mg + Paracetamol 162.5 Mg)

Composition:
Each 5 ml of suspension contains:

Ibuprofen IP 100 mg,Paracetamol IP  162.5 mg,Flavoured syrupy base q.s.

Description:
Alkemflam Suspension is a combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol that provides dual-action relief from pain and fever.

This combination is widely used in pediatric and adult patients for the symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain and pyrexia.

Warnings and Precautions:

Shake well before use.

Administer with food or milk to minimize gastric irritation.

Use weight-based dosing in children as prescribed by a physician.

Contraindicated in patients with peptic ulcer, hepatic impairment, renal dysfunction, or hypersensitivity to NSAIDs or Paracetamol.

Avoid use with other Paracetamol-containing or NSAID medications.

Not recommended in infants below 6 months unless advised by a doctor.

Prolonged use may cause gastric irritation, hepatic or renal toxicity.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, mild diarrhea.

Occasional: Drowsiness, dizziness, rash.

Rare: Allergic reactions, gastrointestinal bleeding, liver enzyme elevation.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Keep the bottle tightly closed.
