Ibuprofen reduces pain, inflammation, and fever, while paracetamol provides additional pain\- and fever-relieving effects.
How to Use
Take exactly as prescribed, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Swallow with water.
Do not take additional paracetamol or ibuprofen-containing medicines without checking the total daily dose. Avoid combining ibuprofen with other NSAIDs such as diclofenac, naproxen, or etoricoxib unless specifically advised by your doctor.

Tell your doctor if you have:

Avoid dehydration while taking ibuprofen, particularly if you are elderly or have kidney problems.
Possible Side Effects
Common side effects include indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, and headache.
Seek urgent medical attention for black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, severe abdominal pain, chest pain, breathing difficulty, facial swelling, markedly reduced urine output, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Avoid this medicine during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed. Ibuprofen should generally be avoided during the later stages of pregnancy. Consult your doctor before use during breastfeeding.
Storage
Store at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
Important Safety Information
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Check labels of other pain, cold, or fever medicines for paracetamol or ibuprofen to prevent accidental duplication. Avoid excessive alcohol. If pain or fever persists or worsens, consult a healthcare professional.
