Alkemflam Tablet (Ibuprofen 400 Mg + Paracetamol 325 Mg)

Description:
Alkemflam Tablet is a combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, both of which possess analgesic and antipyretic properties.

This synergistic combination provides effective relief from mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever.

Warnings and Precautions:

Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration.

Contraindicated in patients with active peptic ulcer, severe hepatic or renal impairment, hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, or asthma induced by NSAIDs.

Avoid concurrent use with alcohol, other NSAIDs, or hepatotoxic drugs.

Prolonged use may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, renal dysfunction, or hepatic toxicity.

Caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, or bleeding disorders.

Not recommended during pregnancy (especially third trimester) or lactation unless prescribed.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Nausea, epigastric pain, heartburn, dizziness.

Occasional: Flatulence, rash, headache.

Rare: Gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatotoxicity, allergic reactions, renal impairment.
