Cetirizine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg , Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 5 mg ,Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 2.5 mg ,Flavoured syrup base (Mint): q.s.

Description:

Alkof Mint Cough Syrup is a triple-action formulation that provides effective relief from dry and allergic cough associated with cold, throat irritation, and upper respiratory tract infections.

Cetirizine Hydrochloride is a second-generation antihistamine that relieves allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation.

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a non-narcotic cough suppressant that acts on the cough center in the brain to control persistent dry cough.

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride is a nasal decongestant that reduces nasal congestion and sinus pressure by constricting blood vessels in the nasal mucosa.

The mint base provides a soothing and cooling effect on the throat, offering quick comfort.

Indicated for the symptomatic relief of dry, irritating, or allergic cough associated with common cold, influenza, and allergic rhinitis.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only under medical supervision.

May cause drowsiness or dizziness; avoid driving or operating machinery after use.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use with caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, or cardiovascular disease.

Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants during treatment.

Not recommended for children below 6 years unless prescribed by a physician.
