What is it used for?
Alpha ketoanalogues with essential amino acids are used in people with chronic kidney disease who are following a controlled low-protein diet. They help provide essential amino acids while reducing the amount of nitrogen waste produced by protein breakdown.

How does it work?
The ketoanalogue components are converted by the body into essential amino acids using nitrogen already present in the body. This supports nutrition while limiting the production of waste products that the kidneys need to remove.

How to take/use it

Common side effects
