What is it used for?
Chlorhexidine mouthwash is used to reduce harmful bacteria in the mouth and help manage plaque and gum inflammation (gingivitis). It may be recommended after some dental procedures or when usual brushing is difficult.

How does it work?
It is an antiseptic that kills or reduces bacteria in the mouth. It also attaches to the surfaces inside the mouth, allowing its antibacterial effect to last for some time.

How to take/use it
