Composition

Bilastine 20 mg, Montelukast 10 mg

Description

Antegy M is an antiallergic combination tablet used to treat:

Allergic rhinitis (sneezing, runny nose, itching)

Seasonal and perennial allergies

Allergic symptoms associated with asthma

Night-time allergy symptoms

Bilastine is a non-sedating antihistamine that provides rapid relief from allergic symptoms.
Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist that helps reduce inflammation and bronchoconstriction.

Precautions

Avoid alcohol as it may increase drowsiness.

Use cautiously in patients with asthma, liver disease, or psychiatric history.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed.

Avoid driving if dizziness or sleepiness occurs.

Do not exceed recommended dose.

Not for acute asthma attacks.

Adverse Effects

Common: Headache, Drowsiness or tiredness, Dry mouth, Abdominal discomfort

Less common: Skin rash, Dizziness, Nausea

Rare: Mood changes, agitation, Hypersensitivity reactions
