What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve cough with phlegm and chest congestion, especially when airway narrowing or wheezing is present. It helps loosen mucus and makes it easier to cough up.

How does it work?
Ambroxol and guaiphenesin help thin and loosen mucus, while ammonium chloride supports mucus clearance. Terbutaline relaxes the muscles of the airways to help improve breathing.

How to take/use it
Take/use it exactly as prescribed or as directed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended amount. If it is a liquid, measure each dose with the supplied measuring device rather than a household spoon. Do not combine with other cough or cold medicines unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, shakiness or tremor, nervousness, and fast or pounding heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
