What is it used for?
Used for temporary relief of dry cough and common cold symptoms such as a blocked or runny nose, sneezing and nasal congestion.

How does it work?
Dextromethorphan reduces the cough reflex. Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine (CPM) reduces allergy-like symptoms such as sneezing and a runny nose.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other cough, cold or decongestant medicines without medical advice.

Common side effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, headache, restlessness or a fast heartbeat may occur.

Precautions
May cause drowsiness; avoid driving, operating machinery and alcohol. Consult a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, prostate or urination problems, thyroid disease, or if taking antidepressants or other medicines.
