What is it used for?
Used to prevent or treat deficiency of B vitamins and to provide nutritional supplementation when dietary intake is inadequate or additional B vitamins are needed.

How does it work?
It supplies B vitamins that help the body release energy from food and support normal nerve function, blood cell formation and other body processes.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth with water, exactly as directed on the label or by a doctor. Do not take more than the recommended amount.

Common side effects
Usually well tolerated. Nausea, stomach discomfort or headache may occur. Urine may become bright yellow due to vitamin B2 and this is generally harmless.
