Bilatech- M Tab (Bilastine 20mg + Montelukast Sodium 10mg Tablets)

Composition (per tablet):

Bilastine 20 mg – Non-sedating antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms.
Montelukast Sodium 10 mg – Leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces inflammation and allergic responses.

Description:

Bilatech-M is an anti-allergic combination tablet used for the treatment of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and mild asthma-related allergies.
The combination provides enhanced symptom control by targeting both histamine-mediated and leukotriene-mediated allergic pathways.

Precautions:

Use cautiously in patients with liver disease.
Avoid alcohol (may increase drowsiness in some cases).
Not recommended for children below 12 years, unless advised by a physician.
Inform the doctor if you have psychiatric issues, as Montelukast may rarely cause mood changes.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Headache, Drowsiness (rare), Abdominal discomfort, Dry mouth

Rare but serious: Mood changes / anxiety, Allergic reactions such as rash or swelling

Storage:

Store at room temperature below 25°C.
Protect from light and moisture.
Keep out of reach of children.
