What is it used for?
This combination provides calcium, active vitamin D (calcitriol), vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B12 and folate to support bone health and help prevent or correct nutritional deficiencies when recommended by a healthcare professional.

How does it work?
Calcium is a key mineral for strong bones, while calcitriol helps the body absorb and use calcium. Vitamin K2, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B12 and folate support normal bone and body functions.

How to take/use it
Take only as directed on the product label or by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water, preferably with food if advised. Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other calcium or vitamin D products unless advised.

Common side effects
Constipation, nausea, stomach discomfort, bloating or diarrhoea may occur. Excess calcium or vitamin D can cause unusual thirst, frequent urination, weakness or confusion and requires medical attention.

Precautions
Inform a healthcare professional before use if there is kidney disease, a history of kidney stones, high blood calcium, or use of calcium or vitamin D supplements. Vitamin K2 may interact with warfarin and other blood thinners.
