Composition:
Each uncoated tablet contains:

Dried Aluminium Hydroxide Gel IP – 250 mg ,Magnesium Hydroxide IP – 250 mg ,Simethicone IP – 50 mg

Description:
Biogene Tablet is a balanced antacid and antiflatulent formulation.
It provides rapid and long-lasting relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, and bloating.

Adverse Effects:

Constipation (due to aluminium salts)

Diarrhea (due to magnesium salts)

Rarely, nausea or abdominal discomfort

Dosage:
As directed by the physician, typically 1–2 tablets after meals and at bedtime.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C.
Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
