Bisoder 5 Tabs (20X10) Bisoprolol 5 Mg & Hydrochlorothiazide 6.25 Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension), usually when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with one medicine alone.

How does it work?
Bisoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the force of pumping. Hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water, which lowers blood pressure.

How to take/use it
Take exactly as prescribed and swallow the tablet with water. Take it regularly at the advised time and do not stop it suddenly without medical advice. If a dose is missed, follow the instructions provided by the prescriber or pharmacist.

Common side effects
Dizziness, tiredness, headache, slow heartbeat, cold hands or feet, nausea, and increased urination. Fluid or electrolyte changes may also occur.

Precautions
Inform the doctor about asthma or breathing problems, a very slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, diabetes, kidney or liver disease, gout, or electrolyte problems. It may mask some warning signs of low blood sugar. Rise slowly if dizzy, and seek medical advice for fainting, severe weakness, breathing difficulty, or an unusually slow heartbeat. Do not stop treatment suddenly. Blood pressure, kidney function, and electrolytes may need monitoring.
