Composition:
Each capsule contains:

Formoterol Fumarate Dihydrate IP 6 mcg,Budesonide IP 200 mcg ,Excipients: q.s.
(To be used with a dry powder inhaler device.)

Description:
Budepress 200 Capsule is a combination dry powder inhalation formulation containing Budesonide, a corticosteroid, and Formoterol Fumarate, a long-acting β₂-adrenergic agonist (LABA).

The combination offers dual control of inflammation and bronchoconstriction, improving long-term respiratory function in patients with asthma and COPD.

Warnings and Precautions:

For inhalation use only with a suitable dry powder inhaler device.

Not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm.

Advise patients to rinse mouth after inhalation to prevent oral candidiasis.

Use cautiously in patients with cardiac disorders, thyrotoxicosis, or electrolyte imbalance.

Regular monitoring of lung function and asthma control is recommended.

Avoid abrupt discontinuation; taper dose gradually under medical supervision.

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Cough, throat irritation, hoarseness, headache, tremor.

Occasional: Oral candidiasis, palpitations, nausea.

Rare: Paradoxical bronchospasm, hypokalemia, systemic corticosteroid effects with prolonged use.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and direct sunlight.

Keep capsules in the original blister until use.

Keep out of reach of children.
