Description:
Budepress 400 mcg Inhaler is a fixed-dose combination of a corticosteroid (Budesonide) and a long-acting β₂-agonist (LABA) (Formoterol Fumarate) used for the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

Together, they provide both anti-inflammatory and bronchodilatory effects, improving lung function and symptom control.

Warnings and Precautions:

Not for acute asthma attacks; use a short-acting bronchodilator for immediate relief.

Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disorders, hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or tuberculosis.

Rinse mouth after each inhalation to prevent oral candidiasis (thrush).

Regular monitoring of lung function and inhaler technique is recommended.

Dose adjustments may be needed in patients transitioning from systemic corticosteroids.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Hoarseness, throat irritation, cough, oral thrush.

Occasional: Headache, palpitations, tremor, nausea.

Rare: Hypokalemia, paradoxical bronchospasm, hypersensitivity reactions.

Store below 30°C.

Protect from direct sunlight and heat.

Do not puncture or incinerate the canister, even when empty.
