What is it used for?
Used to relieve common cold symptoms such as fever, body aches, blocked or stuffy nose, and a runny nose.

How does it work?
Paracetamol helps reduce fever and pain. Phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion, while chlorpheniramine reduces runny nose and sneezing.

How to take/use it
Take by mouth exactly as directed on the product label or by a doctor. Measure the liquid with a proper measuring device. Do not take it with other medicines containing paracetamol or other cold-and-flu ingredients.

Common side effects
Sleepiness, dizziness, dry mouth, blurred vision, nausea, or stomach discomfort may occur. Phenylephrine may cause palpitations or a temporary increase in blood pressure.

Precautions
May cause sleepiness; avoid driving and alcohol if affected. Ask a doctor before use if there is high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, glaucoma, prostate or urination problems, or if taking antidepressants or other regular medicines.
