XONETECH 1000 Injection (Ceftriaxone 1000Mg)

Composition

Each vial contains Ceftriaxone 1000 mg with a separate sterile Water for Injection (WFI).

Description

Xonetech 1000 is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used for treating moderate to severe bacterial infections. It is effective against respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, abdominal infections, meningitis and certain systemic infections. It is administered intramuscularly or intravenously under medical supervision.

Precautions

Avoid use in patients allergic to cephalosporins or penicillins. Use cautiously in patients with liver or kidney impairment. Not recommended to mix with calcium-containing solutions in infants. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Adverse Effects

May cause injection site pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rash or headache. Rare reactions include hypersensitivity, blood count abnormalities or changes in liver enzymes.

Storage

Store below 25°C, protect from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep in original packaging and out of reach of children.
