Composition
Each tablet contains Cetirizine 5 mg, Phenylephrine 10 mg and Paracetamol 325 mg along with suitable excipients.

Description
Cheston Cold Tablet is a combination medicine used for the symptomatic relief of common cold, allergic rhinitis, sinus congestion and flu-like symptoms. Cetirizine is an antihistamine that reduces sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that relieves nasal blockage by constricting swollen blood vessels. Paracetamol provides relief from fever, headache, body ache and sore throat. Together, they help alleviate multiple cold and allergy symptoms.

Adverse Effects
Common adverse effects may include drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, headache and stomach upset. Rarely, palpitations, increased blood pressure or allergic reactions may occur.

Precautions
Use with caution in patients with hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, diabetes, liver impairment or glaucoma. Avoid alcohol consumption as it may increase drowsiness. Do not exceed the recommended dose or use with other paracetamol-containing products. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a physician before use.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the tablets in their original packaging and out of reach of children.
