What is it used for?
This medicine is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling, especially in muscle, joint and bone-related conditions. It may also be prescribed after injuries or procedures when pain and swelling are present.

How does it work?
Aceclofenac reduces substances that cause pain and inflammation, while paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever. Trypsin and chymotrypsin are enzymes that may help reduce inflammation and swelling.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed. Swallow the tablet whole with water and do not take more than the recommended amount. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol or painkillers such as ibuprofen or diclofenac unless advised by a doctor.

Common side effects
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness or skin rash may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor if there is a history of stomach ulcer or bleeding, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma triggered by painkillers, or allergy to any ingredient. Avoid alcohol, as it may increase the risk of liver or stomach problems. Use during pregnancy, especially the last three months, only on medical advice. Seek urgent medical help for black stools, vomiting blood, severe skin rash, facial swelling or breathing difficulty.
