What is it used for?
Cilnidipine 10 mg is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It helps lower blood pressure and reduces the risk of complications related to uncontrolled hypertension.

How does it work?
It relaxes and widens the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily. This lowers the pressure inside the blood vessels.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by the doctor, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablet with water and do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice.

Common side effects
Dizziness, headache, flushing, palpitations, and swelling of the ankles or feet may occur.

Precautions
Use cautiously if there is very low blood pressure or significant liver or kidney disease. Rise slowly if dizziness occurs. Inform the doctor if pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice for fainting, severe dizziness, or troublesome swelling.
