Description:

Cilnineo 10 contains Cilnidipine, a long-acting dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker that inhibits both L-type and N-type calcium channels. This dual mechanism promotes vasodilation, reduces peripheral vascular resistance, and lowers blood pressure effectively while minimizing reflex tachycardia.
It is indicated for the treatment of essential hypertension and provides cardiovascular and renal protective benefits in hypertensive patients.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only, to be taken under medical supervision.

Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment, heart failure, or hypotension.

Do not discontinue abruptly; dose reduction should be gradual and medically supervised.

Avoid concurrent use with other antihypertensive agents unless prescribed.

Use during pregnancy or lactation only if clearly needed and directed by a physician.

May cause dizziness or fatigue; avoid driving or operating machinery until effects are known.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Dizziness, headache, facial flushing, ankle swelling, and fatigue.
