Description:

Cilnineo 5 is a calcium channel blocker containing Cilnidipine, a dihydropyridine derivative that blocks both L-type and N-type calcium channels. This dual action helps in vasodilation, reduction of peripheral vascular resistance, and lowering of blood pressure without reflex tachycardia.
It is indicated for the management of essential hypertension and may offer additional benefits in protecting against vascular and renal damage.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only, to be taken as directed by a physician.

Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment, hypotension, or heart failure.

Do not discontinue therapy abruptly; taper dose gradually under medical supervision.
