Description:

Cilnineo Beta 2.5 is a fixed-dose combination of Cilnidipine, a dihydropyridine-type calcium channel blocker, and Nebivolol, a highly selective beta-1 adrenergic receptor blocker with vasodilatory action mediated by nitric oxide release.
This combination provides complementary antihypertensive effects — Cilnidipine reduces peripheral vascular resistance by relaxing vascular smooth muscles, while Nebivolol decreases heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand. Together, they help in the effective control of essential hypertension, improving cardiac function and vascular protection.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only, to be taken as directed by a physician.

Use with caution in patients with bradycardia, atrioventricular block, severe hepatic impairment, or heart failure.

Do not stop medication abruptly; gradual tapering is advised to prevent rebound hypertension.

Caution in patients with renal impairment, diabetes, or peripheral vascular disease.

Avoid concurrent use with other beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers unless prescribed.

Adverse Effects:
