What is it used for?
Cilnidipine 10 mg + Nebivolol 5 mg is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Controlling blood pressure helps reduce the risk of complications such as stroke and heart problems.

How does it work?
Cilnidipine relaxes and widens blood vessels, while nebivolol slows the heart rate and reduces the heart’s workload. Together, they help lower blood pressure.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed, preferably at the same time each day, with or without food. Swallow it with water. Do not stop it suddenly or take an extra dose if one is missed; follow the prescriber’s instructions.

Common side effects
Dizziness, headache, tiredness, slow heartbeat, flushing, ankle swelling, cold hands or feet, and nausea may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor before use if there is asthma or breathing difficulty, a slow heartbeat, heart block, heart failure, low blood pressure, diabetes, or liver or kidney disease. It may mask some warning signs of low blood sugar. Avoid stopping it suddenly, and rise slowly if dizzy. Seek medical advice if fainting, severe breathing difficulty, or unusually slow heartbeat occurs. Tell the doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding, and all other medicines being used.
