Composition:
Cilnidipine 10 mg ,Nebivolol 5 mg
Cilnineo Beta 5 is a fixed-dose combination of Cilnidipine, a calcium channel blocker, and Nebivolol, a cardioselective beta-blocker with vasodilatory properties.The combination works synergistically to reduce blood pressure, improve vascular relaxation, and decrease cardiac workload.Indicated for the management of essential hypertension and associated cardiovascular risk reduction.
Warnings and Precautions:
For oral use only and should be taken under medical supervision.
Use with caution in patients with bradycardia, heart block, hepatic or renal impairment, or heart failure.
Do not discontinue abruptly; taper dose gradually under medical advice.
Avoid concomitant use with other beta-blockers or calcium channel blockers unless prescribed.
Use during pregnancy and lactation only if clearly indicated.
Caution when driving or operating machinery, as dizziness or fatigue may occur.
Adverse Effects:
Common: Dizziness, headache, flushing, fatigue, ankle swelling, bradycardia, or hypotension.
Occasional: Sleep disturbances, mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
Rare: Allergic reactions or marked fall in blood pressure.
