What is it used for?
Citicoline is used to support brain function and recovery after conditions such as stroke or head injury. It may also be prescribed for problems with memory, attention or other cognitive functions.

How does it work?
Citicoline helps provide building blocks for nerve-cell membranes and supports the production of certain brain chemicals involved in memory and nerve signalling.

How to take/use it
