What is it used for?
Citicoline 500 mg + Piracetam 800 mg is used under medical supervision to support brain function and help manage cognitive problems such as difficulties with memory, attention or thinking. It may also be prescribed during recovery from certain brain conditions, including stroke, when considered appropriate by a doctor.

How does it work?
Citicoline helps support the production of important components of nerve-cell membranes and brain chemical activity. Piracetam may help support communication and function between nerve cells.

How to take/use it
Take it exactly as prescribed by the doctor. Swallow it with water and do not change the dose or stop treatment without medical advice. If a dose is missed, follow the instructions provided by the doctor or pharmacist.

Common side effects
Nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhoea, headache, nervousness, restlessness, dizziness and difficulty sleeping may occur.

Precautions
Tell the doctor about kidney disease, a history of bleeding, brain haemorrhage, or if taking blood thinners or other medicines that increase bleeding risk. Older adults may need kidney-function monitoring. Seek medical advice if unusual bleeding, severe headache, confusion or an allergic reaction occurs. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if specifically advised by a doctor.
