Clinda 300 Ampoules (25X2Ml) Clindamycin 300 Mg by Elder

What is it used for?
Clindamycin is an antibiotic used to treat certain bacterial infections, including infections of the skin, teeth, bones, joints, lungs and other body tissues. It does not work against viral infections such as colds or flu.

How does it work?
It stops susceptible bacteria from making the proteins they need to grow and multiply.

How to take/use it
Take it only as prescribed and follow the instructions on the label. Do not skip doses or stop treatment early unless advised by a healthcare professional. If it is an oral medicine, swallow it with a full glass of water.

Common side effects
Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain and diarrhoea may occur. Skin rash can also occur.

Precautions
Do not use it if allergic to clindamycin or lincomycin. Tell the doctor if there is a history of colitis or other bowel disease. Contact a doctor promptly for severe, persistent or watery/bloody diarrhoea, even during or after treatment, as this may indicate a serious bowel infection. Seek urgent help for swelling of the face or throat, breathing difficulty or a severe skin reaction.
