What is it used for?
Used externally for temporary relief of cough and the stuffy feeling associated with a common cold. Some products of this type may also temporarily soothe minor muscle or joint aches.

How does it work?
Its aromatic ingredients release vapours that provide a cooling sensation and may help soothe cough and cold discomfort when applied as directed.

How to take/use it
For external use only. Apply to the areas stated on the product label, such as the chest, throat or muscles, and follow the pack instructions. Do not swallow or apply inside the nose.

Common side effects
Skin irritation, redness, burning or rash at the application site.

Precautions
Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, inside of the nose and broken or irritated skin. Stop use if significant irritation or an allergic reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children and use only the age-appropriate directions on the label. Do not heat, ingest or use near flames.
