Composition:
Each 5 ml of suspension contains:

Dicyclomine Hydrochloride IP 10 mg,Simethicone Emulsion USP equivalent to Simethicone USP 40 mg,Flavoured syrupy base  q.s.

Description:
Colikem Spas Suspension is a combination antispasmodic and antiflatulent formulation used to relieve abdominal pain, colic, bloating, and discomfort caused by gastrointestinal spasms and excessive gas.

Warnings and Precautions:

For oral use only.

Shake well before use.

Use with caution in infants and young children as excessive doses may cause anticholinergic effects.

Avoid use in patients with glaucoma, urinary retention, myasthenia gravis, or obstructive uropathy.

Use with caution in liver or kidney impairment.

Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Consult a physician before use during pregnancy or lactation.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Dry mouth, nausea, constipation, dizziness, drowsiness.

Occasional: Blurred vision, urinary retention, or skin rash.

Rare: Tachycardia or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals.

Storage:

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light.
