Culite Cream contains Hydroquinone 2% w/w, Tretinoin 0.025% w/w, and Mometasone Furoate 0.1% w/w.

Description
Culite Cream is a triple-combination dermatological formulation used for the treatment of melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark patches on the skin. Hydroquinone lightens the skin by reducing melanin production, Tretinoin helps in skin renewal and enhances the penetration of other actives, while Mometasone Furoate reduces inflammation, redness, and itching. Together, the combination provides effective improvement in pigmentation disorders when used as directed.

Precautions
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Do not apply on broken, irritated, or eczematous skin. Use sunscreen during the day, as the cream can increase sun sensitivity. Long-term or excessive use should be avoided unless prescribed. People with known allergies to any component should not use the product.

Adverse Effects
Possible mild burning, itching, redness, dryness, or peeling at the application site. Prolonged use may lead to skin thinning or steroid-related side effects. Rarely, allergic reactions or worsening irritation may occur.
