Description

Dapaking GM1 XR Tablet is a triple fixed-dose combination for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). It offers comprehensive blood glucose control through three synergistic mechanisms:

Glimepiride: A sulfonylurea that stimulates pancreatic β-cells to release insulin.

Metformin XR: A biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity.

Dapagliflozin: A SGLT2 inhibitor that lowers blood glucose by promoting urinary glucose excretion and supports weight and blood pressure reduction.
