Composition:

Each 5 ml contains:

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg

Description:

Deriphyllin-DX Syrup is an anti-allergic, cough-suppressant combination commonly used for dry (non-productive) cough, allergy-related cough, and throat irritation.

Useful in dry cough, allergic cough, upper respiratory tract infections, and cough due to throat dryness or irritation.

Precautions:

May cause drowsiness—avoid driving or operating machinery., Avoid alcohol and sedative medicines.

Not to be used in children under 6 years without medical supervision.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Adverse Effects:

Drowsiness, dizziness

Dry mouth, throat, or nose

Nausea, stomach discomfort

Restlessness or mild nervousness

Allergic reactions (rash, itching — rare)
