Composition (Per 5 ml):

Levosalbutamol 0.5 mg

Ambroxol Hydrochloride 15 mg

Guaiphenesin 50 mg

Description:

Deriphyllin LS Junior Syrup is a pediatric respiratory syrup formulated to relieve wet/productive cough associated with respiratory tract infections.

Levosalbutamol – A bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and eases breathing.

Ambroxol Hydrochloride – A mucolytic agent that thins and loosens thick phlegm.

Guaiphenesin – An expectorant that helps in clearing mucus from the airways.

Precautions:

Use only as directed by a physician for children.

May cause tremors or restlessness, especially with higher doses.

Avoid giving other cough/cold medicines without medical advice.

Not recommended in case of known allergy to any ingredient.

Nausea or stomach discomfort

Mild headache

Tremors or shakiness (from levosalbutamol)
