Composition:
Each gram of cream contains:

Luliconazole IP 1% w/w,Benzyl Alcohol IP 1% w/w,Methylparaben IP 0.14% w/w,Cream base q.s.,

Description:
Dermikem-L Cream contains Luliconazole, a broad-spectrum topical antifungal agent of the imidazole class, used for the treatment of superficial fungal infections of the skin.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, mucous membranes, or broken skin.

Discontinue use if irritation, redness, or hypersensitivity occurs.

Use with caution in individuals with a history of allergy to azole antifungals or parabens.

Continue treatment for the full prescribed duration even if symptoms improve early to prevent recurrence.

Safe use in pregnancy and lactation should be determined by a physician.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Mild burning, itching, or stinging at the site of application.

Occasional: Dryness, erythema, or scaling.
