Each gram of cream contains:

Clobetasol Propionate IP  0.05% w/w,Neomycin Sulphate IP  0.5% w/w,Miconazole Nitrate IP  2.0% w/w,Chlorocresol IP  0.1% w/w (as preservative),Cream base q.s.

Description:
Dermikem OC+ Cream is a triple-combination topical formulation containing a corticosteroid, antifungal, and antibacterial agent, used for the treatment of mixed skin infections with inflammatory, bacterial, and fungal components.

Warnings and Precautions:

For external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, or open wounds.

Do not use on the face, groin, or axilla unless prescribed.

Prolonged or excessive use may cause skin thinning, striae, or systemic corticosteroid absorption.

Use with caution in children, pregnant, and lactating women.

Avoid occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician.

Discontinue use if irritation, allergic reaction, or lack of improvement occurs.

Adverse Effects:

Common: Burning, itching, dryness, and local irritation.

Occasional: Folliculitis, acneiform eruptions, skin thinning.

Rare: Hypersensitivity, secondary infection, or systemic corticosteroid effects with prolonged use.

Storage:

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight.

Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
