Dermina Gel (Clindamycin 1% w/w + Nicontinamide 4% w/w)

Composition:
Clindamycin 1% w/w and Nicotinamide 4% w/w in a gel base.

Description:
Dermina Gel is a topical anti-acne formulation that combines the antibacterial action of Clindamycin with the anti-inflammatory and sebum-regulating benefits of Nicotinamide. Clindamycin helps reduce acne-causing bacteria on the skin, while Nicotinamide decreases redness, swelling and excess oil production. Together, they help control active acne, prevent new breakouts and improve overall skin texture.

Precautions:
The gel is meant for external application only and should not be used on broken or severely irritated skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and other mucous membranes. Use with caution if you have sensitive skin or are using other acne medications simultaneously. If excessive dryness, peeling or irritation occurs, reduce frequency or consult a physician.

Adverse Effects:
Mild burning, dryness, redness, itching or peeling at the application site may occur. Rarely, allergic reactions or increased skin sensitivity can develop.
