Composition:\
Diclofenac Sodium 25 mg, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Uses:\
Used for short-term relief of mild to moderate pain and inflammation associated with conditions such as muscle and joint pain, sprains, strains, arthritis, and other painful musculoskeletal conditions.

How to Use:\
Take by mouth as directed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably with or after food to reduce stomach irritation. Do not crush or chew modified-release tablets. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration recommended.

Precautions & Warnings:\
Do not use diclofenac if you have an allergy to diclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, or if you have an active stomach ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding. Tell your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, liver or kidney problems, or a history of stomach ulcers. Diclofenac may increase the risk of stomach bleeding, heart attack, stroke, and kidney problems, particularly with prolonged or high-dose use. Avoid taking it with other NSAIDs unless advised by your doctor.

Possible Side Effects:\
Indigestion, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, and skin rash may occur. Seek immediate medical attention for black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe skin reactions, or swelling of the face or throat.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding:\
Diclofenac should generally be avoided during pregnancy unless specifically prescribed. It must not be used during the third trimester because it may harm the baby and affect labour. If you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this medicine.

Storage:\
Store at room temperature in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
